The
Church is in Little Kimble next to the railway bridge and
has affectionately become known as "the Church by the bridge."
It is a description that is rather apt as the Church sees itself as
providing a spiritual bridge so that those in the nearby community can
find and worship God.
The
Church is part of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and services are
relaxed and informal yet reverent towards God.
Laughter
is often heard in our services and there is continued effort to provide
something that all ages can find fun yet appropriate.
We
are slowly growing numerically and spiritually and welcome any visitors
or future permanent worshippers.
Our Sunday
services are at 11am every week and we aim to provide something for all
ages. (please see the 'How to find us' link for directions).
The Church also runs
a number of regular events aimed at involving the local community and
supporting worthwhile causes. Our aim is to be an 'active' Church bringing the love of God into everyday life. Please see the 'What's on' and 'KoolKidz'
links. God is at work in our community and we pray you'll join us in seeking the plan He has for us collectively and as
individuals. Please
feel free to click on any of the links to the left to
experience a flavour of what the Church is like.
We look forward to seeing you.
